WRAHP is actively involved in the Global Fund Community Systems Strengthening (CSS) project in Lagos State, coordinated by Association for Reproductive & Family Health (ARFH) and Civil Society in Malaria Control, Immunization and Nutrition in Nigeria (ACOMIN) as its Principal and Sub-Recipients respectively.
Women’s Rights and Health Project (WRAHP) is one of the 107 Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in Nigeria engaged to implement the CSS activities within Oshodi-Isolo LGA. WRAHP is engaged to work with other Community Agents to mobilize community members, especially pregnant women for the uptake HCT and make referrals Isolo General Hospital. So far WRAHP has mobilized 578 community members from Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area in Lagos. The individuals have equally assessed HCT service at Isolo General Hospital March 2015 – March 2016.
