As part of Women’s Rights and Health Project Strategy to address issue of gender based violence, WRAHP trained and engaged men on issues of domestic and gender based abuses. The methodology adopted by WRAHP built the capacity of men to serve as an advocate to stimulate community response and ownership.

These men continued the work at their various community levels through advocacy against domestic and gender based violence and referred survivors to the WRAHP Centre and other service agencies to provide support for survivor of gender based violence and to seek justice.
