Women’s Rights and Health Project implemented with the support of Justice for All Programme (J4A) implemented leadership training workshop for secondary school youth in Ejigbo and Ikotun-Igando LCDAs on Civic participation and Lagos State law for Protection Against Gender Based Violence.
The youth representatives drawn from 20 secondary schools were trained on two thematic issues, namely Gender Based Violence Prevention: focusing on documentation and providing referrals for access to justice and psycho-social support on Leadership and Civic Education: focusing on unlocking leadership potentials and improving communities through engagement in activism.

Women’s Rights and Health Project further engage 20 young people as enumerator to evaluate the impact of the its Gender Based Violence Awareness programme in Ejigbo and Igando Ikotun LCDA reaching over 10,000 community members
